Socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian was spotted having lunch in Los Angeles on Wednesday. A bloated Kim seemed to labor under the weight of her massive baby bump as she climbed out of a chauffeured limousine. Kim’s feet are so edematous that she can no longer squeeze them into her favorite brand name pumps. The first time mom is expected to deliver her baby any day now.
Kim’s baby daddy, music producer Kanye West is already defensive about his kid. In an interview with The NY Times, Kanye objected to people calling his child “America’s royal baby.”
“I just don’t want to talk to America about my family. Like, this is my baby. This isn’t America’s baby,” he said of his daughter.
A Star magazine exclusive revealed that Kanye cheated on Kim with a busty Canadian model last year — while Kim was pregnant.
The 36-year-old Atlanta native bristled at suggestions that he and Kim don’t spend enough time together or that they are not really in love.
“Maybe 90 percent of the time it looks like I’m not having a good time,” he says. “Any woman that you’re in love with or that loves you is going to command a certain amount of, you know, energy. It’s actually easier to focus, in some ways.”
He added: “Yo, I’m going to be super Zenned out like, five years from now.’ I’m the type of rock star that likes to have a girlfriend, you know? I’m the type of soul that likes to be in love and likes to be able to focus. And that inspires me.”
He also explained why he opted out of appearing on Kim’s family show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”
“You know, the amount of backlash I got from it is when I decided to not be on the show anymore,” he says. “And it’s not that I have an issue with the show; I just have an issue with the amount of backlash that I get.”
